How do I reset my workout data?

Go to Profile → Settings → Manage Data in the app. You can clear individual exercise history or all workout data from there.

The AI camera isn't counting my reps correctly.

Ensure your full body is visible in frame, lighting is adequate, and you're 1–3 meters from the camera. Dark clothing against a dark background can reduce tracking accuracy.

My Health data isn't showing up.

Check that HelAI has permission in your device Health settings: iOS → Health app → Sharing → HelAI. Android → Health Connect → App permissions → HelAI. Grant all requested data types.

How do I export my workout history?

Workout export (CSV/JSON) is planned for a future update. Currently you can request your data by emailing [email protected] with your account email — we'll send your data within 30 days.
